이 책을 읽었는데 뭘 써야 할지 모르겠네요 이 책 앞표지를 보니까 상을 꽤 많이 받은거 같네요 Winner Of Ten State Reading
Awards 라고써있고 밑에 그 상 이름하고 주하고 써있어요 페이지는 140페이지고 그림 가끔씩 있고 글자크기는 중간 크기 정도
되는거 같네요

영어를 해야되기 때문에 힘들겠네요 ㅠ.ㅠ 영어 공부도 할겸 양도 그렇게 많지 않고 읽을만 한거 같네요
I read this book because it is on the recommended book list of my English academy.
Main character of this book is the boy named Peter Stoke who wrote this story. Because he’s 5th grade English teacher told him to write the story what happened to him, so he decided to write a story about he and he’s grandfather.
Problem began after the grandfather moved to Peter’s house, exactly he’s own room which he had been living for several years. Peter was so angry that he had to move to third floor which is not familiar to him. It seemed there were not any other alternatives even though Peter was upset, because grandfather was old and weak to step the stairs everyday.
Eventually, Peter started the war to get his room with grandfather who lost his wife by disease. Peter adjusted grandfathers clock to wake him up at midnight or hiding his priceless watch, and so on. Also Grandfather took Peter’s board game away that he used to play with his friends.
At last grandfather messed or hid all the routine things like clock, slippers, toothbrush, underwear, socks, belt, shoelaces even his books! Peter retaliated by hiding his false teeth and then It was critical. In the end, they reconciled each other. Grandfather moved to basement and remodeled it and Peter backed to his favorite room.
I think there are two things to think about it.
Firstly, In human society each people or nation has its profit, so there have to be a dispute between groups. There are many ways to solve the problems including war, but the important thing is how to solve it. Textbook says that compromise each other, but it is quite easier said than done.
Secondly, My life is my life. It means that don’t accept other’s opinion except it goes through your filter. However, It is also hard to decide whether to accept it or not.
